The VTC360 certificate

The ladderof certainty.

Buying a VTC licence is buying an asset that produces. The market’s problem was never the price: it was not being able to trust the numbers. The certificate turns trust into measurable levels.

LEVEL 00

Verified

The baseline for every listing

Before anything goes to market we check ownership, encumbrances, renewal and penalties against original documents. Without this, there is no listing.

LEVEL 01

Track record

Real earnings, month by month

Up to 18 months of earnings verified against platform statements and bank records. Not what the seller says it makes: what it actually made.

LEVEL 02

Projection

What it can produce, with method

For idle licences or those without recent operation: median and bands computed on comparable deals in the same province, with the number of comparables in plain sight.

LEVEL 03

Guaranteed rent

The top level: rent by contract

A verified operator from the VTC360 network contractually guarantees a minimum monthly rent for an agreed term. The investment stops being a promise.

The baseline, no exceptions

What gets verified, every time.

The four baseline checks appear on every certified listing. If something fails verification, it isn’t touched up: it shows.

Ownership

The authorisation exists, is in the seller’s name and matches the official register.

Encumbrances

No liens, pledges or attached debts travelling with the licence to the buyer.

Renewal

The authorisation’s periodic renewal is in force: the licence can operate today.

Penalties

No open sanction proceedings that could end in suspension or revocation.

Methodology · v1

How every number is built.

Track record

We cross-check platform statements (Uber, Cabify, Bolt) against the owner’s bank records, month by month and up to 18 months. Only what matches in both sources gets certified. The published figure is gross revenue, in euros, no estimates.

Projection

We take comparable deals from the same province (listed and closed on VTC360) and compute the median and low/high bands. The certificate always states the number of comparables used: fewer than five, no projection.

Guaranteed rent

A verified operator signs a lease with a guaranteed minimum rent and term, attached to the deal. VTC360 verifies the operator’s solvency and holds the first year of rent in escrow.

0

Every certificate records who issued it, when, and under which version of this methodology. If a fact stops being true, the certificate is revoked and disappears from the listing: a revoked certificate is never edited — it shows as revoked.
