How the index is built
01 · Median of listings
Prices of licences listed on VTC360 and on verified channels, cleaned of duplicates and of listings with no real transfer behind them.
02 · Intermediated closings
The real prices of deals closed with VTC360 anchor the series. Supply says what's asked; closings say what's paid.
03 · Verified sources
Official data from the Ministry of Transport and the regional governments for regulatory context. Every point publishes its month, its source and its n.
Data honesty: the initial series is calibrated by the team against real listings and closings; the sample size (n) grows month by month and is always published. If a point has a low n, treat it as guidance, not as an appraisal.
