• Active hire market. On the marketplace, there are rental listings in Málaga for €1,750 per month and in Seville for €1,500 — the lower-middle end of the national range (€1,500–2,200), consistent with the value of the asset in each location.

For the buyer, the situation in Andalusia is twofold. Málaga is a market with structural tourist demand, where prices are still far below those in Madrid or the Balearic Islands: part of its appeal lies precisely in this contrast. Seville, with a lower index and a smaller sample size (n=7 — bear this in mind when reading the figure), offers the most affordable entry point to an Andalusian capital with stable underlying demand.
