It depends on the city, operating hours and vehicle model. Actual figures from 2026, to help gauge expectations:
- Revenue per vehicle on the platform. Verified operators on the VTC360 network report averages of €6,500–7,100 per month per vehicle in major cities, with occupancy rates of 82–87 per cent. A vehicle operating a single shift generates significantly less revenue; on a double shift, it generates more.
- Profit margin when operating with a salaried driver. The platform commission, the driver’s salary including social security contributions, fuel, vehicle costs and insurance are all deducted from this revenue. The typical net margin per vehicle is a fraction of the revenue — the profitability simulator calculates this using up-to-date parameters for your city and operating mode.
- Lease only. Without operating the vehicle: a fixed monthly lease of €1,500–2,200 depending on the region in the current market.
Two honest warnings: the gross turnover quoted in adverts is not profit, and no external figures can replace the track record of a specific licence. That’s what the income certificate is for: actual months’ earnings, verified against platform and bank statements.
