What is the ‘VTC360 guaranteed rental income’?

This is the highest level on the certainty scale: a licence sold with a guaranteed minimum rental contract from a verified operator on the VTC360 network, as set out in the licence certificate itself.

How it works:

  • A professional operator — verified by our team (fleet, length of service, metrics, payment history) — is contractually committed to paying a minimum monthly rent for an agreed period (typically 24 months) from the date of signing.
  • The commitment is documented in the property listing certificate and the tenancy agreement is signed as part of the escrow process, not later ‘whenever possible’.
  • If the property generates higher returns, the terms agreed in the contract apply; if it generates lower returns, the minimum rent is still payable. The operational risk is borne by the operator, not the buyer.

This product is designed for investors who want the asset without the operational burden: on the day the contract is signed, they know what their worst-case income scenario will be for the next two years. It is not a fixed-income product — it is a contract with a counterparty, which is why the operator’s verification is so important — but it is the closest thing available in this market. Licences at this level are marked as such on the(/licencias-vtc?certificadas=1) marketplace.
